Position Description - Full-time & Part-Time Housecleaning Positions

Starting pay after training $10.00 per hour, plus mileage and Holiday pay and paid time off.  After 9 months, you can earn between $10.25 and $12.15 per hour if you hit your bonus opportunities.

Do you need flexible hours and have at least a 4 1/2 hour block of time available?  Our part-time positions are great for those that want to be home before their kids leave for school and are back before they get off the school bus.  What a great way to pick up some extra income.

Do you have high energy, an insured and reliable vehicle?  Are you able to pass a background, including a Homeland Security Social Security verification and drug-test?

Our compensation schedule exceeds the National Average of Housekeeping wages by nearly 50%, we pay more and we expect more, and so do our clients.    We are a drug-free and bilingual company.  We pay all employer taxes, Worker's Compensation premiums and cover you under our bond and General Liability policies

Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish)

 7:40-4:40 with 1 hour lunch

 More Time for You is a 17 employee, locally owned and operated cleaning, lawn and handyman business.  Founded in 1999, we provide services to hundreds of area home owners.  In addition to our core business of residential cleaning, we operate More Time for You Commercial Cleaning and More Time for You Home Services.  We're a growing, well respected, bilingual (Spanish) company with a strong commitment to customer and employee satisfaction.  Our Mission statement is:

 Hourly Rate: $9.00+ based on qualifications 

As Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily flow of employee’s and clients.

 Specifically, you will be held responsible for the following: 

 (1)  Arrive at the Office promptly at 7:40 a.m. in order to dispatch employee’s out for the day.  Any client or employee issues are to be held for arrival of Office Manager.

(2)  Answering phone and Answering On line chat. 

a.      Includes giving estimates, customer service, logging/tracking employee calls and assisting with daily troubleshooting of employees and clients.

(3)  Daily client prep, pulling keys and securing in employee boxes.

(4)  Update client files as needed/requested and prepare new client files.

(5)  Check in daily keys and check and file previous days client folders.

(6)  Translating of all employee correspondence/communication.

(7)  Weekly mailings.

(8)  Weekly employee time sheets, biweekly timecards and weekly inputting of payroll information.

(9)   Responsible for the daily flow of washing/drying employee cleaning rags.

(10)  Responsible for daily product restocking and order notification.

(11)  Weekly equipment check.

(12)  Assist with new hire processing

(13)  Assist with employee programs.

On-Call Home Maintenance Associate

We have openings for an on-call experienced home cleaning associate.  This is an ideal position for someone to pick up extra income on an as-needed basis, with no commitments.  You must be available for at least a 4 hour period of time.  Call us at 614.760.0911 for details or apply on-line.

"My name is Wilma Miller and I have worked for More Time for You for over a year and a half.  Prior to working here, I have cleaned factories, schools and hotels.  MTFY has been the best place that I have worked for several reasons.

We are paid an hourly rate instead of working on commissions.  We are also paid for the mileage we put on our car.  We can also earn bonuses based on our attendance and our performance.  Just do a quality job and do it as efficiently as possible and show up for work and the bonus is yours.

The owners and our manager as well as all of the employees will offer you any assistance they can, whether you are lost and need directions or you have ran into a problem at a client's house and are running out of time, someone will be willing to help out.  If you are the type of person that doesn't like a supervisor checking on you, then you will like it here. Unless there's a problem with your work or your attendance, you may only see your supervisor in the morning when you are given your client keys for the day.  Of course, you will also see them when you get good feedback from your clients.

More Time for You understands that some people can't work five days a week or maybe only want to work half days and for this reason they offer a very flexible schedule.  If you only want to work a few days a week or 4 or 5 hours a day, they can work with you on this.  They also have evening and weekend work available if you prefer this.  They ask if you prefer to work alone or with someone and will try to do what you prefer.  They also understand that sometimes you have to miss work for reasons beyond your control and will work with you.

There are times when this job can be very demanding but it also has many rewards.  a lot of the places that I have worked I was treated poorly because I was "just the cleaning person."  Since I have worked for MTFY, I have not been made to feel that way by anyone.  All of the clients that I have cleaned for have treated me well and I have become friends with several of them.  When my husband had surgery all of my clients seemed deeply concerned for him.  Everyone that I have come in contact with while employees here has treated me with respect.
