We are pleased to provide light handyman services.  We do not currently provide any services that require a permit or license, such as new electrical or plumbing.  We also do not perform structural alterations.  Services are provided by More Time for You Home Services, LLC.  More Time for You Home Services is a part of the More Time for You family. Complete the following for services.

WINTERIZATION PACKAGE

Although Fall has just begun, it is time to think about how you are going to save money this winter.  To help you out, we have customized a handyman winterization package.  Below is a sign-up form for the entire package or for other available options.

Unhook, drain & roll up garden hoses & store in garage.

Change batteries in smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors (up to 4).

Move lawn furniture and portable grills to garage.

Vacuum out furnace and change filter (Save up to 5% on utility bills) (client must provide filter).

Add fuel stabilizer to lawn mower.

Install weather stripping on front, back and garage door (up to 3 doors).

Complete caulking to prevent air leaks on front door, back door, faucets, and AC unit.

Reverse the switch on ceiling fans (Save on heating & cooling)

 Winterization Package (includes labor and materials) is $165.00 plus sales tax.

 *This is a complete package.  Removing an item will not reduce the price. Although, if you only need a couple items completed, you can opt for our hourly handyman charge of $65 per hour ($55 per hour for home cleaning clients).

We will contact you to schedule your Winterization Package or other winter needs in November, please call if you need it done sooner.
