Lawn Service Special:

We offer a 5% discount on lawn services if we mow your yard and an adjoining neighbors lawn.  You can receive a 10% discount if we mow three adjoining lawns.

Lawn services include mowing, trimming and weekly cleanup.  Edging, mulching and other services are available upon request.

Econo-Lawn:

We created Econo-lawn for those do it yourselfer's with limited time.  Here is the plan.  We will cut most yards (under 1/2 acre.) for the low price of $19.95.  There is no trimming, moving of items, edging or any other items, we just cut and move on.  We must be able to use our 60" mower to be eligible.  If we have to double cut, then the price is $29.95.  You must commit to a full season of service for this plan. 

You can save a lot of time and some money.  This service is limited to Dublin & Powell only.  There are no adjoining yard or any other discounts available with this service.

Lawn Service Information:

Scheduling:

We will schedule your mowing for the same day of the week each week.  However, local weather will make this subject to change.  During the summer months, the frequency of cutting may decrease.  We will modify the frequency based on the current conditions.

Double cutting:

If we need to double cut your yard for any reason, then the fee for that mowing will be 1.5 times the amount quoted above.  Double cutting should not normally be necessary, however, during times of high growth or extended delays as a result of weather or other conditions might necessitate double cuts.  Double cutting may be necessary if you modify the mowing frequency.

Invoicing:

Invoices will be mailed or emailed at the end of each month.  As a licensed vendor  we are required to collect and remit sales tax on lawn mowing services.  Make payment to More Time for You Home Services.

Equipment:

We use a 60” Exmark Zero-Turn Lazer.  This is a heavy piece of equipment.  While we are careful when we mow, there may be conditions that might cause some indentations or tire marks in your yard.  This might happen as a result of an uneven slope in your yard or in areas where there is poor drainage or when there has been significant rainfall.  We also have a 36” Exmark for use in tighter spots or when there is a gate or other obstacle to navigate around.

Yard/Underground fixtures: 

Can you please alert us and mark any underground or above ground items that might be prone to damage.  Some of these include:  irrigation systems, invisible fences, cable lines, outdoor lighting lines, electrical lines or any other areas that could be damaged by trimming or edging.  More Time for You Home Services is not responsible for damages for items that have not been disclosed and marked.

Clean-up:

We will blow off grass on drives and sidewalks after we are finished.  Please keep in mind that if it is rainy, then there will likely be some grass and potential tire tracks on the cutting path.  We also do our best to avoid grass going into mulch beds, but unfortunately it does occur.

Property line:

We will attempt to confine mowing to just your property grounds.  Should we miss the property borders, please send us an email at info@moretimeforyou.com or call us at 614.760.0911 to alert us.

Monthly edging: 

If you select monthly edging, it includes the driveway and sidewalks and the road front perimeter. 

 Tree/Bush Trimming:

We can perform minor tree trimming and hedge and bush trimming.  These services will be quoted separately.

Mulching Services:

We will be pleased to provide you with a complete mulching estimate.

Aeration:

Aeration service is available on a limited basis (15 mile radius of our Powell office.)  Call to be added to the next scheduled aeration rotation.  If you have an irrigation system, you must mark your system in advance of this service.

Neighbor discounts:

We will provide a 5% discount to both you and your adjoining neighbor when both of you have service with us.  We will increase the discount to 10% if three or more connected properties have services.  The discount is only valid as long as service is ongoing with all parties.

Vendor & Insurance:

Services are provided by More Time for You Home Services (MTFYHS.)  Our Ohio vendor # is 89-671565.  We are fully insured.  Please email us if you would like a copy of our insurance coverage.
