• One Time Cleaning Checklist

  • Thank you for your interest in our award winning cleaning service. We believe that communication is essential to this process, and as a result we have created this checklist.

    We charge a flat rate of S40 per hour for our one-time cleanings. If two people are at your property, the rate is $80.00 per hour. There is a minimum fee of $200. We do not charge for travel time to or from your property unless it is discussed separately. This excludes applicable sales tax.

    We do not provide a time estimate on the actual cleaning. The condition of the area cleaned, the size and the items you are having completed may vary significantly from property to property. We charge only for the time actually spent cleaning your property (see above.) The range of time can fall within as few as 5 hours, to as much as 20 hours or more. It is all based on size of house, types of rooms we are cleaning, Condition, and number of rooms we are cleaning.

    We do have to have a credit card on file prior to services. We will not charge your card until after services have been completed. Credit card details on the lower part of this form.
  • Please indicate the maximum amount of time that you are authorizing us to spend cleaning your property (in 1/4 hour increments.) When a time limit is in force - a detailed cleaning may not be completed in full and your satisfaction is not guaranteed.
  • Please make a selection on each area you would like for us to clean. The default selection is NA, so you may skip any areas not in the property we will be cleaning. Select 1 for all of your highest priority areas. We will clean those first. Select 2 for those areas you wish for us to do next after all "1" priorities have been completed. Select 3 for those areas you would like for us to complete after all 1 and 2 priorities are completed. Select No if you do not want this area completed.

  • The following applies to Kitchens and Kitchenettes: We will clean outside of small & large appliances, inside of microwave, countertops and items sitting on countertops, backsplash, sink & faucet, kitchen furniture. We will remove cobwebs. We will dust picture frames, light fixtures & blinds. We do not wet wipe blinds & light fixtures. We will wipe window sills, door frames, light plates, cabinet fronts, and baseboards (we will not scrub baseboards). We will vacuum and mop your floor.

  • If you have a self-cleaning oven, be sure to run the day before in order for us to clean it. Oven Cleaning can easily take 45 plus minutes based on condition.
  • The Refrigerator Cleaning can take 1-3 hours based on condition and quantity of items inside.
  • There may be stains that can't be removed.
  • The following applies to Bathrooms. We will remove cobwebs. We will dust picture frames, light fixtures & blinds. We do not wet wipe blinds & light fixtures. We will wipe windows sills, door frames, light plates, cabinet fronts, and baseboards (we will not scrub baseboards). We will scrub sink, tub, shower, toilet and countertops (we do not use bleach products). We will clean your mirrors. We will vacuum and mop your floor. Please note that mold in caulking cannot be removed with cleaning product and there is some mold deep in grout that cannot be removed 100% with cleaning product.

  • The following applies to all other areas: We will spot clean your front door window and your back door window (we do not professionally clean windows). We clean all furniture (we do not move furniture). All cluttered surfaces are swiffered. We will dust all leather furniture and vacuum all upholstered furniture. We will remove cobwebs. We will dust picture frames, light fixtures & blinds. We do not wet wipe blinds & light fixtures. We will wipe windows sills, door frames, light plates, and baseboards (we will not scrub baseboards). We will wipe down stairwell woodwork. We will swiffer fitness equipment, fronts of TV's, front of computer screens. We will vacuum and/or mop floors.
